Artificial intelligence and your data

No Google data in automatic analyses; only the actions you launch go through an AI

No Google data in automatic analyses

The analyses Kaiku produces on its own — period summaries, overviews, summaries of reviews, of the Google listing, of Search Console or of Google Analytics — send no Google data (Search Console, Google Analytics, business listing) to an artificial intelligence. Google figures are written by Kaiku's server, in calculated sentences. The AI only receives Kaiku data: AI answer readings, external presence, DataForSEO data.

Actions you launch yourself

When you launch an action on a specific item — for example a draft reply to a review, or the plan for an action — that item alone is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to produce the text, without the review author's name. The button says so before sending. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API.

Your Google data serves your project only

Your Google data is used only for calculations specific to your project, shown in your dashboard: scores, site health indices, rebuilt history and weighting adjusted to your site. It is never used to train a generalized artificial intelligence model, nor pooled with other clients' data.

Anonymized statistics

To refine its calculations, Kaiku may derive anonymized statistics from Kaiku data only — never from Google or Bing data — and only over groups of at least 10 projects belonging to at least 5 accounts. When this feature is active for you, the Privacy — anonymized statistics card appears in My profile: a project owner can refuse their account's participation there or exclude a project. Refusing removes nothing from your service.
