Terms of Service

1. The service

Kaiku is a tool for tracking visibility in traditional search engines (SEO) and in artificial intelligence engines (GEO). It provides measurements, analyses and recommendations for informational purposes only: any decisions made on the basis of this information are your responsibility.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You agree to track only websites and brands for which you have legitimate authorization (your own assets or those of your clients).

3. Connected Google accounts

Connecting your Google accounts (Search Console, Analytics and, if you choose, Business Profile) is optional and is done on a read-only basis, except for the Google Business Profile listing, which is used solely to publish the review replies you approve. The use of this data is described in our privacy policy. You may revoke this access at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some features are offered through paid plans billed monthly in Canadian dollars via Stripe. The quotas for each plan (projects, keywords, scans) are stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Kaiku to: circumvent the technical measures of third-party sites, collect data from sites without authorization, resell access to the service without a written agreement, or engage in any illegal activity.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The data comes in part from third-party APIs (Google, AI engines, SEO data providers) whose availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Tangram HQ Studio is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms, with reasonable notice except in an emergency.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Montréal.

These terms are available in French and English; in the event of any inconsistency, the French version prevails.
