Create an account

Anyone can create a Kaiku account from the website, no invitation needed. The account starts on the Free plan: 1 project, 10 keywords and 2 scans per month, core SEO tracking. No credit card is required.

The steps

• Open the sign-up page: the "Start for free" button on the site, or type your domain on the home page and click "Run my first scan". Direct address: kaiku.ca/en/signup (in French: kaiku.ca/inscription).
• Enter your email and a password: at least 10 characters, with at least one letter and one number. Tick the box accepting the terms of service and the privacy policy.
• Confirm your address: Kaiku emails you a confirmation link. Click it; your account is activated and your first project setup opens, with the domain you typed on the home page already filled in.
• Create your project: keywords, prompts, competitors, then the first scan starts at the end of the wizard (within your plan's scan allowance).

If the email doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Use the "Resend the link" button (available after one minute).
• An expired or already used link shows a message: sign in if you already confirmed, otherwise sign up again.
• A link opened in another browser still confirms the address: then sign in with your email and password.
